unwanted contacts

hi everyone,

i just recently got the droid x and while installing facebook, twitter and myspace i noticed that all of the contacts in them were also being installed as my phone contacts. is there a way to install these apps and not allow the contacts to sync?

I am having the same issue. When I try to delete a contact it says I have to delete them in facebook first but I've already done that. It still didn't work.

I've been noticing that Craigslist email links are showing up in my contacts list when I open up my contacts through my native text messaging app. Its a bit annoying because of how many show up it takes me longer to find my contacts I want to send group messages to. Does anyone know of a way I can remove them? They don't show up in my normal contacts app so deleting them from there won't work, also I have it set up to only show the contacts linked to my Gmail. Please help
