Unsuccessfull Installation -18

Does anyone know what unsuccessful installation
-18 means, or how to correct it?

Is there a defragment SD card app?

Not for sure why this does this, but I was able to unmount sd card and then install update....then i mounted sd card. Problem resolved....But still dont know whats causing this issue...I have heard rumor of removing some file from sd card but havent tried that yet.
