Unroot/Factory Restore? What should I do?

I just recently bought a Droid 4 from Verizon and well I wasn't really happy with it. I did root the device but now I want to sell it. I want to put the phone back to how as I go it. I want the phone to be like if it brand new again.


So if I factory restore the phone will it unroot the phone and be back to normal?

Or do I have have to unroot the device somehow?

Any suggestions?
