Unlocked for different provider Mms problems

Is there anything I can do if I can't retrieve Mms or send out

Let me make sure I follow you. So you've SIM-unlocked your DINC2, you have it in GSM (or Global) mode therefore you are not using Verizon CDMA service ... and your MMS messages aren't working?

If I have it right, it sounds like your SIM card provider doesn't have you set up for MMS capability. Most offer it. See if you can't add that to your plan. I'm sure they would love to charge you for MMS, so you probably just need to set them up!

If your SIM card is on a pay-as-you go ('recharge') plan, find your provider on this site, click on the 'Prepaid offer' link, and it should tell you how much MMS would cost you and whether it's available:
