Here's a great first glimpse at the new Samsung Galaxy Round, which is Samsung's first curved display device to use their flex-display tech. Above is the first unboxing video for the this device. The video also shows off the removable battery and more. For now, it looks like Samsung is just testing the potential popularity of this device and using it as a marketing gimmick for their flex-tech. It will only be launched in their home country of South Korea on SK Telecom. It will sell for a 1.09 million won ($1,015), which is slightly more than the 1 million won ($940) price tag of the Galaxy Note 3.

Check out the video and tell us what you think of this odd/intriguing device.

Wish that video was done by someone who cared more about the device. And who's mouth was not over salivating the whole time. Kinda mad they get all those extras and I don't even get headphones with my Note 3. :|

Again though I am not too impressed with this device, I don't see that curved screen adding anything for me at this point in the technology.

Will be cool to see what they do with this in the future.

All I see this curved design being good for is comfort in hand. Aside from that it adds nothing.

I have a Note 3 and that device in no way makes me raise a brow to it. Its just Meh. As for all the accessories, I did get headphones in mine from TMobile but I doubt I'll ever use them. I have 4 or 5 samsung earbuds at home. The extra battery is kinda nice. I'd probably take it with me if we went on vacation or something but thats about it. I do with my Note 3 came with wireless charging built in. $50 for the Samsung back cover to enable wireless charging is way overpriced.
