Unable to completely clear the cache on all of my apps?

I just got my Droid Maxx and when I try to clear the cache in my apps, it leaves 24kb on all the apps instead of completely cleaning the cache to 0 like on my previous phone. I even ran my cache cleaner app and it did the same thing. I would soooooo appreciate any help you can give me.

Normal. Besides, 24kb is hardly anything. Doesn't really do much unless you're clearing a couple dozen MB out.
