Ultimate Droid 6.5?

I have Ultimate Droid 5.0 and I see that some have Ultimate Droid 6.5. Is there any differences from the two? Should I look to change to 6.5? If so where can I do this?

p.s. skip 6.5 and wait for 7.0 that will be out this morning.
