1. Is there a way to resize phone apps to fullscreen?

2. How do I create folders on my home screens?

To resize apps to full screen you could try Spare Parts.

I previously tried Spare Parts, however, there is not the compatibility option. Not sure if this is a Honeycomb thing or what.

Anybody able to create folders on the home screens?
