Although I will be getting a new phone within a month I am having problems with this phone that might keep me from selling it at a decent price and so I am hoping to get some help on this forum. Every time I turn the phone off and then restart it I get an update message. The problem is that it is for an older update than is on it now but I have to hit update and let it do its thing or else it keeps wanting to update. Then it is usually fine until it turns off again.
The other problem is that it periodically turns off by itself and when I go to turn on the screen it actually turns it back on. Are these known issues or is it my phone? Do I need to do a factory reset? I would rather wait until I get another phone before I do that though.
