Finding the elusive Android keyboard settings screen

I have tried to locate and bring up the Android keyboard settings screen which you showed in your answer. However, I cannot find it at all. I have an Android Razr 4.1.2. What steps do I take to get to those screens? Thanks.

For phones on 4.1.2, Emoji Keyboard by KK Apps Studio (free) will give you this option.
