Turn off reject call text messages

Is there anyway to turn off the reject call text message reply on a Verizon GS3? I do not have a text plan and hit the reject call by mistake quit easily. Those 25 cent off plan texts ad up quick. Thanks for any help.

I haven't found a way to turn it off yet. But, if getting a phone call you wsnt to ignore pressing your lock button will do the trick. Phone will stop ringing and all.
