Turbo 2, Part 2

I'll tell ya whut...in my best Hank Hill...
I sort of miss Kit Kat. LOL! Man it looks good on this phone. And the "old style" emoji's? WAY better then the new ones.
I'm not doing much to customize this phone but it's running pretty well. :D

Status Report:
I got a feeling this is going to end badly.

VZW helped me file the claim...ok basically they did all the work.
The reason they put for the return? "WON'T POWER ON"....
Seriously?
So Moto is going to get my phone. See that it powers on. Probably replace my scratched up Shattershield...and return it. I just know this because that's just my luck.
Did a Chat with Moto to explain:
"No worries, we'll fix it"
It was supposed to be replaced.
"It says Repair and Return"
But it powers on, that's not the problem.
"No worries, we'll figure it out and fix it"
But they offered to send me a phone first if I paid a deposit, so that's a REPLACE.
"No worries" (I swear every other line was NO WORRIES) "our technicians will figure it out and repair it...."
Sigh.....

Bright side my RAZR is rocking. Haven't put much on it though.

I had to send my t2 in because of the green line of death. The status was always listed as repair and return. I think that it says that because they have to make sure the phone is having issues. If it's under warranty then they will replace it. Took almost 12 days to get my replacement, but they did get it to me. Hopefully this will end well and they will get you a good replacement that works the way it's suppose to! Good luck!

RAZR was getting annoying and laggy.
Remembered a coworker just upgraded her Moto X to an iPhone. (Out of her entire family she was the only Android, so I suggested she go that route).
So now I'm rocking a tiny Moto X.
Significantly better then the RAZR.
One drawback: its white and fuscia.
NBD...comfy with my masculinity....

I really liked the Moto X, great phone. You go Pere, rock that fuscia phone. [emoji12] Hopefully Moto / Verizon have your manly Turbo 2 back to you soon. [emoji41]

Moto x isn't something to sneeze at. I've recommended that phone to a lot of people.
+1. Great phone. My 2 "family spares" at the moment are my wife's former Moto X and Moto X 2014. Both are running Lollipop and ready to go if we ever need a spare phone. I almost bought each of them but opted on the Droid Maxx and Turbo respectively...only because they had bigger batteries.

I wanted it bad when it came out.
Its a great phone. Still love the size.

Yell ya one thing I really do miss: LED lights.
The RAZR blinks blue for a FB message, green for a text. .they should have taken that father instead of dumping them.

I have the blinking LED light on my Sammy work phone and hate it. [emoji35] It's always blinking...blinking...blinking. Blah! I really like Active Display better. But I understand a lot of people like the blinking light. Maybe a choice between the 2 options would have been a good route?

I prefer the notification light as well. Active Display is nice, but I find mine coming on way more often than I'd like on my Nexus 6P. Being able to glance at the color of the light to know what app might have something to tell me is nice. I've had it on every android phone that I can remember.

I've been using AD along with the notification light on mine as well. It's handy enough that I leave it on. I just wish it was a little smarter about when to come on or not. I imagine the ability to wave your hand in front of it to turn it on alone makes the Moto version better.

Everything is better on a Moto phone. [emoji12] Couldn't resist throwing that in there. [emoji41]

Initially, I disagreed with this statement, knowing you were kidding. However, I haven't owned a Moto phone or spent any quality time with one since I had the Bionic and I was super close to getting the Moto X Pure before I got the 6P, so I can't comment either way. ;)
