Do we have this installed on to our phone? I can here the example speaking but the second option under the TTS settings is not highlighted? ??? Thanks

To enable TTS go to Settings > Call settings > TTY mode (click to enable)

Handcent (APP for SMS) does TTS for SMS. Great app.
