Trying to use SD Card...

Is there a way to move apps to my SD Card? I keep getting the Low Space notification but my SD Card available space is 7.24 GB. My Internal available space is 18.89MB.

No worries, it was a legit question. All the Googling pointed to no, but I dont follow Cyanogen much.
