Trying to unlock bootloader

I got to the point where I am supposed to copy and paste the identifier token, but when I did the copy and paste I get

404 Page Not Found

I put in a ticket, but can anyone tell me what went wrong and if they fixed the issue themselves?

This just sounds like an issue with HTC Dev. Give them a few and try again.
