Trying to restore my Bionic to stock

I'm getting the new s3 tomorrow and giving my grandfather my bionic (as his first smartphone) and I want to restore it to default. I rooted it using motofail and deleted (not freeze) a bunch of bloatware. I am a complete noob and after hours and hours of reading I think i understand that RDS lite will restore my files that i deleted? And then i can use Pete's unroot tool?

Any help or tips appreciated,
Tyler

If you RSD Little the fxz file, it will take everything back to stock. You won't need to unroot, it will delete everything except what is on your removable sd card.

And using rsd is a good skill to know, good first gut dropping expedience. Too bad you can't use it on samsungs. I don't think we have a bootable for 905 yet? You fxz to 902 and then OTA to 905
