Trying to find the name for a skin

ok this is going to probably sound really dumb im trying to find a skin that goes on the rear of the original droid one that protects the slide portion of the lcd screen where the 5 little black screws are my replacement droid came with one but it is screwed up and catching on keys i removed it and forgot about it which now its scratched but i had forgot they made one i found a video on youtube that shows what i am talking about
