Trying to find an app/program that groups the widgets together

I saw this thing back when the OG Droid came out and loved it. Grouped all the widgets together so you didn't have to scroll past 15 beautiful widget options. Anyone know what/where this is? Would love to install it on my new beautiful bionic. Thanks for any help!dancedroid

Confirmed needs root...sorry.

If you are ROM'd you can just click the apk and it will install, but if you are stock ROM you need to use RE, adb or Terminal.
