Troublesome App

Hi, I'm trying to downloaded the Blockbuster 2.0 Motorola App and I'm unable to install it on my phone - it shows as "Download is Queued;" however, the App doesn't work and is proventing me from downloading other Apps.

Can someone tell me how to resolve this problem.
