trouble downloading rom

ive rooted and safe strapped my phone. im having problems downloading a new rom to my computer!!!!! i follow the links and download SOMETING...it seems to be everything but a new rom!!!! can anyone shed some light on my troublesome sistuation???

Have you tried using a different browser or making sure the one you are using isn't blocking the download?
