Triplicate Voicemail Notifications...

I'm getting VM notifications with an email, text and notification when using Google Voice for voicemail - even though I've got text and email turned off as options. I've tried toggling them back and forth and reinstalling GV, but no luck..... Any ideas?

Try going to google.com/voice on your pc and play with your settings there.
