Tripit app not working

I'm trying to install the Tripit app on my Incredible. I can install the app but it won't let me log on. Anyone else have the problem?

I got it from the market. I'm a newbie. Is it better to get it from the internet? How do I get it from the internet?

I cannot find it out on the internet. I was only asking where you found it.

On the tripit website they have a link for their android app but I don't have a barcode reader so I loaded it from the market.
