Tried to install Rom, didnt work. Help

I just tried to install 928DroidBlackGlassX-DroidX-OTA2315-DeOdexEERR-THEME.zip. The installation was completed, but when the phone restarts its stuck at the logo for a few seconds, then im at the screen for the bootstrap recovery. it goes past the logo and to this screen, where the first option is Reboot System Now. i pressed ok, and it just does the same thing. any suggestions?

so after seeing the recovery screen, i chose the option to Restore, and it did a restore to my previous stock rom. So now im back where i started.

I could be wrong but I think you have to use the odex version for it to work. Kudos on making a backup!!!!

i didnt have deodex install, and the tutorial said the rom would install it for me. Maybe i missed something. I followed the directions from here
