Transformer or iconia?

I want to get a tablet. I was playing around with both of them kn the store today and liked both. Only a $50 between the 2.

I like to root a d run roms and themes and such. Just wanted to know what everyone thinks of the 2.

One review I saw that compared the 2 said the transformer was better but not much of a difference.
