Transfering information in Droid "Notes" app to computer?

I know how to transfer files and pictures from droid to computer, but can't seem to find the info I have entered in plain "notes" application? Is it possible? Or is it buried in one of the many folders I see when my droid is attached?

I am able to see the notes files now ( I didnt have it backed up to my SD card).

Now my problem is finding a program on my computer that is compatible to view it. So far nothing shows it cleanly.

Any options advice?
