Transfer game save data and high scores to new phone

I recently used my warranty to have my buggy Incredible 2 replaced with another. I'm in the middle of transferring everything from one phone to the other, but I don't know how to transfer my progress and high scores on games. Specifically Cut The Rope, Stupid Zombies, Toss It, and Drag Toilet Paper. My phone is not rooted, and I have no plans to root either the new or old phone. So I don't think Titanium will do. My Backup Pro only transfers the game itself, and moving the data to my SD card via the phone's app settings doesn't work either. I only have another day to mail back the old phone or I get charged. Thanks!

Sorry to say it but...don't think you can without root.
