Touch screen problem with D2G!!! Please I need serious answer!

I had a touch problem with my Droid 2 Global but it was fixed! but now it has comes again!
so i can't figure out is't software or any hardware issue. :-?
if it's a hardware problem then what should i replace for? the digitizer or the flex cable? sometime it was works well then got nuts but now it getting totally nuts(both of the left and right side stooped working now)!
I asked once but till no one answered it!
please i want this favor.....

Its one of those 2 things. If you can get ahold of one on the cheap you can swap both out.
