Successful receipt and activation of Amazon-purchased Droid Maxx

I'm happy to report that I received the phone on the date scheduled by Amazon for 2-day shipment.
The day after the order, Amazon sent two emails:
1) Order confirmation
2) Phone Activation Process

The activation process covered an upgrade (my situation) and replacement.
The upgrade process was the same as the last time when I upgraded my phone on VzW and took about 5 minutes.
Worked flawlessly.

So far, I'm happy I took advantage of the discount from Amazon!
