It looks like Amazon wants to give us something interesting to do instead of napping after Thanksgiving dinner/lunch next Thursday. They just unveiled their complete Black Friday sales event and it actually starts this Friday. They announced plans to have new deals every 5 minutes starting November 20th through November 27th (Black Friday). That means that if you haven't already done all of your Amazon shopping before then, you could use your Thanksgiving "extra time" to do some online shopping!

They will be including a series of "Lightning Deals" on thousands of products per day throughout the eight days of deals starting this Friday. Amazon also plans to have a series of 20 “coveted” deals, 10 of which will be on Thanksgiving, and 10 will be on Black Friday. Amazon Prime members will get a 30 minute head start on these offers. I Picked up a Amazon Fire Tablet 7 at regular price but will Price match from Best Buy when the sale hits. This is a nice Tablet for the Money. A Real Plus is that You can Root it. I Rooted Mine. Removed the Amazon Ads. Removed the Fire Launcher & replaced it with Go Launcher. I even have TWRP Recovery. Now its more like a Regular Android Tablet but better Quality than any other $50 Tablet you will find. If you want a CHEAP Tablet this is it.

You have to consider the overall specs on these cheap TV's. There will be some decent sales on quality sets this year, but you're not going to get a high quality TV for $150. ... just sayin...
Great deal to get one for a spare room though.

I understand that but for $150 I could throw it in the garage and have movies/tv/etc streaming while I'm working on the car.

Yeah, they've come down quite a bit over the years. Especially with everyone pushing 4K sets lately.
