Todo / Task app?

I love gTask, except for the widget.

I'm after a good todo/task app that has:

• 2x2 widget
• ability to set alarms
• ability to do repeating events (preferably by date or day of the week/month [like 3rd Wed of each month])
• syncs with Google Tasks - or some other online site where I can quickly add items to the list

I would also prefer something free.
