Titanium will not restore b/u apps I have uninstalled

So I recently rooted my Ally to get rid of some of the bloatware and increase performance. I used Gingerbreak and running 2.2.2. Now I want to restore Live Wallpaper Picker for some neat new live wallpapers I found on the market. (Spontaneous removing caught up to me) I follow the textbook and attempt to restore using TBU and it just sits there and will spin for what seems like eternity. Any idea on how to mend this?

I have BusyBox installed. I have heard people say to restore manually, but I have NO idea how to do so. Anyone know a fix or have a step by step to manually restore system apps?
