Time waiting on videos 3g on Bionic

I am having problems waiting on you tube videos to load on my cell I don't have 4 g at my location ...is there a program or a app that I could use ..to make it faster

ok now that that's out of the way. the right bottom corner will have a quality setting when you're watching videos on youtube. Make sure it is set at either 240 or 360 for best streaming on 3G. I think the native app does this by default but I'm not 100% on that as I usually use my browser.
