thunderbolt won't update to gb

I keep trying to get the gb update and it won't come through. It keeps telling me there is a 73mb update which i download. It then tries to install it and then reboots with the same firmware. What am I doing wrong?

n/m. I went outside to smoke and it is now updated to 2.3.4 .

Still not giving me the update. My daughter has it on hers.think this will be my one and only HTC phone.

Don't get it. YouTube doesn't work and it seems to have a few bugs still. So ready to get rid of this phone.

Agree I'm passing on the rezound but I'm getting the next HTC they dropped the ball on this but they still make some of the best phones.. my YouTube is crap now also.

This will probably be my one and only htc. First was the Droid then Droid X. Should of went X2. This Thunderbird has been nothing but problems. I will wait to see what's coming out after first of the year from Motorola.
