Thunderbolt with extended battery

I recently upgraded to a S3 and was thinking about selling my Thunderbolt. It Has always had a Zagg screen protector on it. Bought a extended battery from Verizon 2 months ago for it.

I was just curious what a good asking price would be?

I think you'd be looking at least $175 in the local ads and even as high as $300, but I bet no more than that since it is still a single-core processor.
