ThunderBolt Randomly Rebooting??!

I've had a few as well today. I hbooted the radio then flashed the rom in recovery. Last night I went to my nanodroid backup of stock rom with upgrade radio. I have stock kernel and underclock when screen is off. One reboot was this morning with screen off. The second reboot was a few minutes ago with the hotspot was active but screen was off again. Perhaps I should wipe then restore backup.

I no longer experience reboots . Still on 1.5 w/latest kernel. Overclocked at 1.2...Also running the new RUU.
