Thunderbolt Batteries Help

I have two extended batteries, one from HTC (2750 mAh), and some other one I bought on eBay (3500 mAh). I was wondering if anyone has these batteries and could tell me if the 3500 mAh actually works, because I don't see a difference between the two. Is there a certain method I should use to extended the life span? I attached two pictures of the batteries and their backs. Thanks.

seems the one you got from ebay is either bad or a fake?

You should notice a pretty significant amount of difference between the two batteries with the ebay one being the better one, but looks like a cheap brand.
