I pulled the pictures off my phone and went to clear the thumbnail folder. on my droid x it shows the pictures but in this on is full of .raw files. I have some knowledge on raw files and half of them I can view with infranview but the all the others are 45kb or 50kb each and can't be viewed. What is the purpose of these files? I'm a wireless agent and was approached with this question before. Are they view-able with a different viewer?
