Hey all,
First off, thank you to anyone who can help me resolve this issue.
I have been all over the web in search of an answer to this problem. Every so often, when I take a picture or series of pictures, the photo is taken normally, and the image saves in the bottom left hand corner. When I go to the gallery to view the picture, it is not present, but instead replaced with a gray thumbnail with the image of a photo with mountains and a film reel (I assume this is the default thumbnail for any media file, picture or video). The pictures that they are made to represent have been completely lost. I have tried battery pulls, SD card pulls, and trying to find the pictures on the computer via USB connection, all to no avail. Some of these pictures have high sentimental value to me, and I truly hope someone has something that I may try to restore these picture files.
Thank you so much again for your help.
