Something new since I got ICS when ever I get a call it reads out the caller ID then plays my ring tone. So I did some looking and found setting/accessibility/ caller Id read out. Click on that and it brings up Ringer only/Read out then Ringer / Read out repeat. So I make sure Ringer only is selected and call from my home phone and it still says incoming call from home then plays the ring tone.
