Thin Grey Line

Is anyone else experiencing a thin "grey line" that occurs when on the "lock" screen. It goes away once you unlock the phone, but will stay there if the phone is in portrait or landscape. I didn't install anything recently besides the mototorch led. I will try and get a picture of it.

Yes, I have that too. Just under the clock right? I think its a dividing line between the clock and the rest of the screen... When it is charging, the percentage is right below the grey line. I dont understand what you are saying about portrait and landscape mode though.

Exactly...sorry portrait and landscape is how I view the orientation of the phone...eg.keyboard in or out. I am glad I am not the only with this problem

I think it's supposed to be like that. It separates the date and time from the rest of the lock screen.

no it's always been there......

it's part of the lockscreen that acts as sort of a banner.

There is no problem you are fine. We ALL have it..

Not too sure why this bothers you though. It's a thin line on the lockscreen. I could see if it was on the homescreen but it's not.

I must have just noticed it when I changed my background then, it Doesn't stop it from being annoying though, lol

I just put some black electrical tape over it and it no longer bothers me!

There was another thread about this, I don't understand why it bothers people. The line is so thin. It just helps to breakup the stuff on the lock screen. Time/Date go above the line and charge percentage, alarms, etc go beneath it. That way you don't just have a ton of text all together.

Exactly what do you expect to achieve via the Verizon store?

I seriously doubt that they'll either know or (really) care about such an insignificant anomaly.

It's Thanksgiving... Why not just try to enjoy time with family and stop sweating the small shi!te.​
