THEME: "SMURF'T OUT" - Blue - UD 3.1.1

This is a darker blue theme but I changed the color since the UD 3.0 release.. it was too dark. Now it's a little lighter and more legible... It's an update.zip so install via recovery and make a backup first... It's for UD 3.1.1
