There are many Black out themes available, but not so many white out apps! The Ghost theme by developer "Nmiltner" is a popular theme that replaces most themed elements with white and light grey. This gives your device a very unique minimum look and feel. You will need to be running an AOSP Rom that supports the theme chooser such as Cyanogen Mod, AOKP, or BAMF. This theme is like many of the black inverted themes. This theme touches just about every aspect of your phone. Framework-res, System UI, keyboard, settings, nav bar, status bar, dialer, quick settings panel, widgets, mms, sms, and much more.
