The single flaw I have found with my RAZR

It's not bad enough to switch a perfectly good phone. It doesn't seem like it's getting any worse. Just one of the things they could have made a bit more solid.
 
I have mine in an Ottorbox Commuter case and the rubber layover for the buttons really makes them feel a lot better. Just FYI in case you ever want to put it in a case.

I have the defender on mine and love how it protects the buttons and the open ports.
 
I have never used a case because I like the feel of a well made item in my hand. But I have been thinking about getting a case for certain activities so that might be an option. Thanks for the advice.

I have the Verizon case with the kick stand. I like it because it's easy to remove because I'm always using a car and home dock.
