The HTC One has been released for a long time. However, there is no teardown video about it, because the construction of its almost one continuous piece of aluminium makes the HTC One almost impossible to repair. Althought the cellphone teardown specialist Ifixit has taken the HTC One to pieces, the process caused the damage to the plastic bezel surrounding the aluminum case. Unfortunately, Ifixit didn't make a video of the process. However, ETrade Supply has challenged this tough task and made the first HTC One teardown video, but they damaged the LCD screen and digitizer assembly, too. This again shows it's really extremely hard to repair the HTC One. Hope we never have to open the device. Here is the video.
