Tf101 root

I really want to root my asus transformer tablet, but every time i try to flash the rooted 3.1 update, i get the big exclamation mark on my screen. Ive tried saving the .zip on every single part of the memory, but just cant seem to get it. Anyone have any ideas ot something i am missing?
