I keep trying to get to text and it just stays on the loading screen. After 25 minutes of waiting, I have tried to disable and enable the app, I cleared the cache and cleared the data. I have also tried to power on and off. The text app is still not working. Please help. I didn't care about losing my previous texts but don't want to have to do a factory reset and lose my other stuff.
