Text Notification On Off by time APP?

Does anyone know of an app that will automatically turn your notifications for text messages and emails off based on time. I hate manually turning the notifications off when I go to bed at night . It would be nice to have the notifications automatically disabled by a user set of time parameters. Nothing worse then having the wife woke up by some BS email.

Search for a program called Tasker in the market. its a very powerful app. Takes some learning, but worth it.
