text messaging contacts name

sometimes when i recieve texts, it will put the wrong contact name, picture, etc. on the text conversation. Does any one else have this problem and is there any way to stop it?

I get that problem a lot as well, haven't found a solution yet

I get that too sometimes, I just back out and force stop text messaging and it fixes.

I don't know how to prevent it though.

happened to me too, I think I just turned it off and on.

I too have to turn off the phone for it to stop. We will be getting the gingerbread update soon I hope it fixes that. Sometimes I text the wrong reply back.
