text message wont auto populate

Hi There, i need help...Since I got my new droid 4 I go to text messages and start typing in contact and all but about 8 of my contacts will not show up. in my old droid 2 if i typed "K" contacts kristin, katie etc would populate to choose from...now the same 8 contacts pop up no matter what letter(s) i type. i must have a setting wrong....who can help????? Thanks so much!

Mine doesn't have that issue do you have the display suggestion like mine is checked
