Text message reply with ignored calls

With stock Android I could quick reply when I ignore a phone call...on this ROM I can't. I found a setting for it but when I select to add a message it don't do anything...

Im also running eclipse on my DROID bionic and I've got the same issue. I have the option and its selected to activate but when I ignore a call nothing happens. I have the edit texts option I just can't select it.

Same thing here, and one reason I had to revert to KIN3TX. I hope we can get this fixed?
